  1. It makes me proud to be from a city that is pushing for these initiatives. Yesterday I asked if anyone thinks about the effects of our foolishness towards the environment and how it is damaging our planet, and the first response that I got was: “Mankind takes too much credit for the natural changes that the earth is going through”. I think that it’s important to not turn a blind eye or sour cheek to global warming and the deterioration of our natural environment. But if global warming is an arguable ‘belief’, than let’s not make it so much about agreeing or disagreeing about the causes and the effects. Let’s make it more about improvements and changing our lifestyles for the better. Period. A lot of what is shown and spoken about in this video are points to note and take action on. If not to ‘combat’ climate change, then hopefully to improve the way that we live and inhabit our home whether it’s our apartment, our city, or our planet. I hope the 1LOVETO audience takes note, educates themselves on what more they can do on larger and smaller scales, and helps promote the same messages that thankfully our mayor is pushing for.
